During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the entire floor where the apartment is located, which guarantees privacy and comfort. This area includes:

🛋️ A comfortable living room with a sofa bed
🌅 A terrace with a view, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings

📍 Important: To access the pool, you must leave the apartment and go down an alternate access with steps (it is not the same access as the main entrance of the apartment). Following this path, you will reach both the pool and the path that takes you directly to the private beach of Xanadú.

Provision and Replacement Policy
The house offers an initial supply of basic items for your convenience, including:
- Essential kitchen items
- Coffee-making supplies
- Paper towels and toilet paper
- A 5-gallon water bottle
- A set of towels for each registered guest
If you need these items replenished during your stay, we will gladly assist you at an additional cost.
For stays 7 days or longer, a free towel change is included as a courtesy. For shorter stays, towel changes will be available at an additional cost.
