My place is close to Mid-Levels escalator, Central MTR, Soho restaurants, public transport and parks. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and convenience . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

You can hop on the famous mid-levels escalators from down town central all the way up through Soho to Conduit Road. They run downwards from 6 - 10am and upwards 10am- Midnight. The closest MTR Station is Central (Subway Station).
Purchase an Octopus card for easy travel on MTR and all buses.
No.3 Green Mini Bus located across the street (no.8 Conduit Road) will take you through central and end at IFC within 5-10 min ( HK$6.6 )

A spacious apartment in Mid Levels, this made for a great pad to launch from while in Hong Kong. It's in a pleasant and wealthy area that appears to be popular with ex-pats. We enjoyed walking to our favourite vegetarian yum-cha restaurant through what appeared to be a cross between a zoo and a botanical garden just nearby. Everything else was an easy cab ride away, although the building is a bit hard for drivers to find ((SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) struggles with it), so do allow some extra time for them to locate you if you're in a hurry. Jason and Rose were friendly and responsive and were able to accommodate our request to leave our bags until the late afternoon, which was a real help. Do be aware that this is not a property that is exclusively for rental - the host appears to live here. The upside of that is that it is well equipped (they even have a Vitamix - yay!); the potential downside is that it is full of other people's things (not much cabinet space, and that 'lived in' factor). All in all though, a very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

Great and big place. The location next to the mid-level escalators is just great to get to the city and also to easily access pubs

Very cozy, spacious, homey place. If you are looking for a place where you can stay and rest with the whole family. You can enjoy cooking all together and bake if you want to. Tv may not be working but wifi connection is extremely good. We were not able to meet the owner but finds time to answer immediately in case we have questions thru text. Very easy access since the place is just 3 levels or ground floor of the building. We will come back again if in hk.
