The place is modernly furnished and has all the facilities to make your holiday very comfortable. It is excellently located, only meters away from the Sliema sea front. In fact it has side views of the sea from the front balcony it is also few meters away from the bus stop which can take around the rest of Malta. It is within walking distance to St Julians and Paceville, a very favorite spot and excellent for those who love the nightlife. Top restaurants, major shopping centers, shops and beach activities are all in the proximity of this apartment. It can't be more central than this. A unique place to stay while in Malta.
Being a residential block we appreciate no unnecessary noise is done, parties and loud music are not allowed. Place must be kept clean and this includes the common parts. Water and Electricity are to be switched off when not being used. A breakage deposit of of Euro 250 is required upon arrival and returned in cash before departure upon inspection mofm the premises.
Water and Electricity are covered up to 50 units per week, which with careful use should be sufficient. Over consumption of electricity Is subject to a charge.
Guest are requested to provide proof of identification such as Passport or Identity card on check-in.
