This home has been in our family for over 40 years and has housed many great parties, celebrations, tenants, and memories! The building is on the National Historic Registrar of classic Victorian Homes and is beautiful in every way. My place is close to parks, restaurants and dining, the city center, great views, Old Town, Downtown; it's good for housing family from out of the area for events, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, long term renters, and big groups.
This Victorian home is perfect for hosting and entertaining.
As a guest, you will have access to all parts of the home, save the carriage house out back (storage) and the pantry. Laundry available to guests staying one week or longer.

I am born and raised in California, but I've lived elsewhere including Mexico, Spain, and Bermuda. I opened a bar in Eureka, Ca, and have a wonderful life partner with whom I have 3 (so far) children-a boy from a previous marriage, a boy from New orleans, and a girl adopted from the Republique Democratique du Congo. I also own the building where the bar is located, so I am the manager and landlord of 4 residential apartments and 5 commercial spaces.
I love to travel and to make art and music, and to learn about peoples' histories and cultures. I sell items I have created in my spare time on my Etsy page, "raised with wolves", or "Hippo and Honeysuckle." These items range from jewelry to art to children's clothing and costumes. My favorite music to sing is soul, blues, or R&B, and I recently earned my B.A. in Psychology. My dream is someday to design and build my own home with enough surrounding property to have animals and bees, eventually bottling and selling honey :)
