During your stay please note that you will need to provide your own food, toiletries & cleaning supplies such as dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap, etc. We provide toilet paper, paper towels & dishwasher soap but once these supplies are used you will need to purchase more.

Also, please note that the home will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. There will NOT be a daily cleaning service. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we recommend cleaning biweekly, which we can schedule and discuss pricing with you.

We provide pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cups, and glasses. You are responsible for whatever else you think you need for your stay!!!

Florida is notorious for its prolific insect life like ants, roaches, lizards, and bugs, for that reason the homes are treated both inside and out. Ants are the most prevalent and annoying pests - they feed on a variety of foods such as sugars, syrups, jelly, grease, cookies, and meats. Therefore, to make your stay more comfortable, please don't leave food or drinks on the countertops, in the wastebasket, and especially on the pool deck. Please, know that dirty or damp clothes is the favorite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any door or window open, increases insets infestation.

**DO NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE FROM THE ORIGINAL PLACE, CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED
**ALL GARBAGE IS PLACED IN BAGS PROVIDED UNDER THE SINK AND DISPOSED OF IN THE DUMPSTER CONTAINER AT THE ENTRY OF THE PARK RIDGE CR. WE DON'T HAVE A TRASH COLLECTOR. YOU WILL BE FINED $50 FOR LOOSE TRASH BAGS OR LEFT ON THE GRASS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE.
**DO NOT FLUSH IN THE TOILET WITH ANY OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER, DO NOT THROW ANY TRASH OR FOOD, NOT WET WIPES, FEMININE PRODUCTS, OR OTHER. YOU WILL BE FINED $200 IF A PLUMBER IS REQUIRED.
**ONLY WASTED FOOD IN GARBAGE DISPOSAL, NO POUR OIL, NO SHELLS, CAN DAMAGE THE MACHINE
***Do not set the AC lower than 72F can be freezing, if that occurs you can be charged $200

LIMITED VEHICLES: UP TO 2 MEDIUM CAR SIZES. 2 IN FRONT TO HOUSE in the designated space, your car can be towed.
Commercial and Recreational Vehicles: No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not
limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind
including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and goose-neck trailers; or any vehicle
that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on the property overnight. Pickup trucks and vans that are used
for work are allowed on the property overnight as long as the vehicle does not have a 5th wheel, trailer,
or hitch attached and the vehicle is in good repair and is well maintained with no rust or damage to
the vehicle. The van or truck must fit in a single parking space or driveway.

DELIVERIES & PACKAGES:
All packages will be delivered to your house. Any mail with a tracking number is also considered a package. No letters or mail by USPS are allowed.

We do need all adult's names or drivers to pre-register at the Security Guard
Do not enter more guests who previously register

All the facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests only. The resort is not open to the public.
We have designed areas for grilling and BBQ around the resort...PLEASE DO NOT GRILL IN THE PATIO OR BALCONY of the house!!!
