**PRICING**
- The nightly rate advertised is for two guests only.
- The unit can accommodate a maximum of four guests.
- A fee of P350 per night will apply for each additional guest at the time of booking.
- All guests must provide identification so that we can issue the necessary guest authorization form for building entry.

**GENERAL RULES**
- No smoking or vaping is allowed. The fine is P5000.
- No pets are allowed.
- Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors.
- No unregistered guests are permitted.
- Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Make sure to turn off the air conditioner and other appliances when not in use.
- If you notice any damage during your stay, please report it promptly so we can address the issue.
- We ask our guests to observe quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM, as permanent residents in other units value a peaceful evening.

**POOL ACCESS**
- The pool is available from Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 10 PM.
- The price is P150 per person (applicable to children and adults).
- While everyone is welcome in the pool area, only two (2) individuals are allowed to swim at any one time, as per SMDC administration rules.
- Guests must pay their pool fee at the administration office located on the 3rd floor to receive prepaid vouchers. Present the voucher at the 8th floor concierge desk in Tower 1 to obtain a color-coded wristband, which will serve as your pass for that day. The administration office issues different color-coded wristbands each day, which will be checked by security.

**PARKING INFORMATION**
You may park at Greenfields, located at the corner of Mayflower and United Streets, behind the SMDC Fame Building. The parking fee is P10 per hour, with an additional charge of P200 for overnight parking.

**GYM ACCESS**
SMDC Fame Residences only permits permanent residents to access the gym. However, there are nearby workout facilities available for a fee for our Airbnb guests.
