This unique home built in 1929 is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Historic Glenwood is an urban neighborhood in the heart of Greensboro. Close to downtown, UNCG, A&T and the coliseum. The house is two stories with three bedrooms and the only bathroom on the top floor. The lower level has a full kitchen, dining room and den. The house is near an intersection (some traffic sounds). The neighborhood rooster adds an eclectic flair!

The space
The Florida House is two stories. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The main floor has a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The house has a 42-inch TV for streaming in the living room. Each bedroom contains a queen bed and a 32-inch TV for streaming.

Guest access
Guests have use of entire house and fenced backyard.

Other things to note
There is a fenced backyard if you bring your dog. We have off-street parking available. The street is busy, and no parking is available in front of the house. There is room for three vehicles in parking area. The house is two stories with three bedrooms and the only bathroom upstairs.
