Netflix is already setup for your binge-watching. If not logged in, please press sign in and send us the QR Code.
However, we use 5 profiles in 1 account to accommodate our other guests. For uninterrupted binge watching, please feel free to use your own account and do not forget to sign out upon checking out.
Other things to note
1. Please check and inspect the unit for any damages or broken items immediately upon check-in and report them to us right away.
2. Strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the unit at any time. Our housekeeping team will inspect the unit, and if any smoke or vape odor is detected by our staff or the next guests, a penalty of ₱3,000 will be applied.
3. Guests who wish to have a massage inside the unit are kindly requested to exercise extra care, especially when using oils. Please ensure that beddings and linens are protected. Our housekeeping team will first attempt to remove any oil stains; however, if the stain cannot be removed, a replacement fee of ₱1,000 per affected bed sheet will be charged.
4. Handle all our towels, linens, glassware, plates, and other items with care.
5. To maintain cleanliness of unit, we recommend a cleaning service for long-term (up to 4 nights) guests for an additional fee.
6. Please check our amenity list for the available items inside the unit. If something is not listed, feel free to message us and we will do our best to assist you—kindly manage expectations.
7. Trash disposal is available at the Basement 1.
8. ALL GUEST/S MUST BE DECLARED AND SUBMIT VALID IDs. Undeclared guests will be denied entry.
9. Visitor hours will depend on the building’s policy. For security purposes, guests are required to send a valid ID of their visitor prior to entry.
10. Always turn on the range hood when cooking.
11. Please return the trolley luggage cart to the lobby if you have used it.
12. Upon check-out, please ensure that the unit is locked. Return the Key in the lockbox located in the Main Door. Kindly take a photo as proof and send it to us.
SWIMMING POOL
SWIMMING POOL operating hours is Tuesday - Friday, 7:00AM to 10:00PM. Closed on Mondays for Preventive maintenance. Pool is exclusive for unit owners on Holidays and weekends. There will be a fee of P200.00/guest to be paid to the admin/concierge. Please use proper swimming attire.
