We are pleased to host you in our quiet house east of Marseille, in the Valentine district.
The space
Featuring a beautiful private swimming pool, on the ground floor, this top of the house located on the edge of the green area will bring you calm and serenity. Everything is provided for your comfort. The house consists of a large cathedral living room, four beautiful bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and separate bathtub and toilet, an office area and a spacious and equipped kitchen overlooking a terrace.
The accommodation is appreciated in particular for its tranquility and its location close to the center of Marseille. You will find three free parking spaces on site.
The pool is private with a barrier that secures access to the pool area.
It is the responsibility of guests to monitor the pool at all times to prevent the risk of drowning, especially when traveling with children.
Ideal for hosting families and friends, and enjoying the surrounding calm in a privileged setting.

Marseille Provence Airport is 40 min by car/taxi and 1h20 by transport
For your information, a baby bed and a high chair may be available during your stay, subject to availability, for a supplement of €15 per day (to be paid before your stay). The request must be made as soon as possible to better organize the payment as well as the provision.
Guest access
Access to the house is self-contained with a code for the barrier and a lockbox. (Codes will be provided the day before or the same day as your arrival).

We do ask that you respect the cleaning teams and leave the accommodation in good condition.
The bottom of the house is inaccessible, only the owners have access.
Please note that during your stay, someone will come to check the pool for the proper functioning of the pool.
The schedule will often be between 12pm and 2pm, it will go through the garden to avoid disturbing you as little as possible she will ask you for permission in advance.

The shutters of two of the bedrooms are blocked and therefore do not prevent the brightness from entering.
For your information, when not being rented out, the house is occupied by the owner, who has cats. During the rental period, there are cats that roam the garden, and you will need to give them kibble if necessary. (Kibble provided.) Thank you.
