So.... This was my first AirBNB ever, I was their first guest ever... Before my arrival I inquired some information on how to get there. Diego was very helpfull by sending me perfectly detailed information on how to get there by public transport, and where to find them.
Upon arrival I was welcomed by this sweet young Brazilian/Polish couple who showed me the room, shared kitchen and bathroom. Everything was nice and clean, and felt very cozy and welcoming. My heart nearly stopped when I discovered the little colourfull lamps hanging on the bed... A sweet little room for a sole traveller.
One is allowed to use the fridge if wanted, and everything that the kitchen offers. I only stayed one night, cause I was going to the World Youth Days, but I certainly recommend this room and house. Would have booked another night if not taken
The Polish are very warm, tender and open people who want to take good care for you, be responsive and act with the greatest dignity and humbleness upon them, the world opens up that way.
I enjoyed my stay in Krakau, wandered trough the villages abroad, and discovered everything by foot and backpack. The room is at walking distance to the vivid and colourfull centre of Krakau. Lots to see there and around... Beautifull Churches from the 13nd and 14 century, untouched by war, the beautifull tragedy of the poorer quarters, the friendliness and openness of the Polish people, the rich history, the Wawel area...
Thanks Diego and Agatha, for the great first encounter.
