We are located on Via delle Anime, in a quiet and well-connected area of the San Pio district, a stone's throw from Porta Rudiae (5 minutes) and the charming Baroque historic center (10 minutes on foot). From here, you can walk to all the main attractions of the city, while enjoying the tranquility of a quiet and welcoming residential area.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a condominium complex and is spread over one level, with private outdoor spaces that are a real added value for those who love to relax in the open air.
