I'm Tom, I'm the 5th generation of my family to live and work on Rhydlanfair, a historic farm set in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. I live and work with my partner Sarah and our two young children. We run a sheep farm as well as letting out our holiday cottages. We are a short walk or a phonecall away if you need us.
