Quiet with an outdoor space in Manhattan. Can't beat that. Was accomdating and made check in easy when I had to unexpectedly work late in New Jersey on a Saturday night. Would recommend.

I decided to go with Hank's Railroad Apt over a hotel for a business trip and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The place is absolutely amazing and exponentially better than any hotel could have been. The layout is very welcoming and the decor is on point - it's apparent that Hank is a zen master and his home makes you feel at peace. The bed is super comfortable and is separated by a small wall and curtain from the fully loaded entertainment center. I loved coming home and kicking back to either the Apple TV or HBO on demand. And if the inside isn't enough, what really makes this apt magical is the large patio in the back. With a couch, table, chairs, hanging lights, and a projector with a screen all in a semi-enclosed space, I found myself spending most of my time at the apt enjoying summer nights out on the patio. I picked the apt primarily due to its proximity to my office, but it ended up being the perfect location as I easily able walk to Madison Square Park, Washington Square Park, and just mob around West Village. I had an incredible time during my stay in NY and this apt was an integral part of it. I can't recommend this apt enough to anyone staying in downtown Manhattan.
