Fantastic city centre location.
Bright contemporary apartment.
Peaceful setting in the heart of the city.
This calm and relaxing apartment is perfectly situated just off the Royal Mile and is a stone's throw from Holyrood Palace. The Palace can be seen from the kitchen window as can Arthur's Seat!
The apartment is on the third floor of a Brutalist style building designed in 1969 by the renowned Scottish architect Sir Basil Spence.
Inside, the freshly painted white walls and real wooden flooring provide calm, contemporary styling. The bright, airy living area overlooks a leafy courtyard with beautiful views over to Calton Hill.
There is a standard double bed (4 feet 6 inches or 137 cms wide) with great quality cotton bedlinen. There is a newly installed shower room with plenty of towels.
The kitchen is also newly installed and well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with icebox, toaster and kettle. The cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are all brand new and good quality. There is a wide selection of glasses as well as coffee making facilities and a new washing machine with washing powder provided. There is a table and chairs for breakfast or even an evening meal.
Central heating has also been newly installed making the apartment comfortable and cosy in the Scottish winter.
This is the perfect space for a couple looking for a modern city centre apartment.
You will have the whole flat.
