A tiny cob cabin on a forty acre permaculture farm. A beautiful, rustic, enclosed outdoor shower and outhouse for your use . No power, rechargeable lanterns. One quarter mile above the ocean, off a narrow gravel road, open star filled sky.
Bring cooking gear there’s a picnic table there.
Extra tents and extra people are allowed.
We behaved pets are good.

Wonderful host and truly an amazing property. Katie has put in so much work over the years into the land with an emphasis on natural building. Extremely cozy and welcoming, the place is great stay for community and atmosphere and I would recommend it to anyone stopping through.
