You’ll love my place because of the views, and the location, My house is a 30 second drive to hop onto the Snoqualmie Valley Trail for a bike ride, a walk thru nature and just beauty. It is about a 15 minute drive to Redmond, five minutes to Carnation, about eight minutes to Duvall, 20 minutes to Monroe, 35 minutes to Seattle, an hour to Snoqualmie Pass and about an hour and a half to Steven's Pass..
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
The deck and the views are the big features..of course..I like the bathroom that I just remodeled! This is a large studio apartment that is located on the lower level of my split level house. It is not a basement.
Although it is private and separate, if any type of noise bothers you, then this might not be the right fit. I try very hard to be respectful about noise but I do have to get in and out of my house!
Also... all sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers are washed ...before every new guest arrives!!!!!
Although the studio is part of my house it has a separate entry, it's own private deck, and use of the BBQ! Unfortunately, due to the woods, no outside fires!
Interaction with guests
Happy to greet my guests when possible as I think its a cool part of Airbnb and because the unit is in my house, I just like to know who stays. Love to offer any help I can...The studio is self contained and feels very separate....that was my goal!
Other things to note
I tend to be at work most nights that I make the space available, but I do come and go. I do come home around 10 or 11 and you may hear the car and dog....full disclosure. I know most peeps that do the Airbnb scene know this, but I don't want anyone to feel mislead!
The kitchen is a kitchenette....Good for easy meals..But probably not gourmet meals as it is compact!
- Just be cool and respectful! :). no smoking! Ok with weed..but only out on deck..please! Do your dishes...man I hate dishes!...please respect chill hours after 10! Sadly, I have to put this (URL HIDDEN) outside fires!
Just a city girl that somehow ended out in the country with a restaurant in a small town..I have been a restaurant owner for near 20 years...but my happy place is up in the mountains hiking with four legged best friend. If you are into hiking..I can definitely point you in the right direction of beauty! I am pretty chill at home since I get a ton of socializing at work!
I decided to rent out my studio apartment as there is very little lodging out in the Snoqualmie Valley and I loved my two experiences on airbnb in Colorado last summer!
My life motto is "never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life!"
I have been a superhost the majority of my time here but unfortunately due to a snow storm and power outage I had to cancel a reservation last minute for my guests safety and therefore lost my superhost status. I take a lot of pride in being a know you will be in good hands!
