Comfortable 71 sqm apartment in a terraced house located on the ground floor (some steps to access), perfect for 4 people.
The location is fabulous, we are in a quiet residential neighborhood just 200 meters from the sea and 850 meters from La Sciumara Beach, the area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, outdoor porch equipped with table and chairs.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, smart TV, dining table with chairs and access to the external porch;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, chair, built-in wardrobe and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, washing machine and toilet;
- EXTERNAL PORCH with chairs and small table.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, heating with split A/C, fan, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, hairdryer, free private parking space.
