The stunningly luxurious Villa Silea, located in the greenery of Novigrad, is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. This modern villa with a spacious garden can host up to 6 people, making it the perfect choice for a larger family or group of friends.

The impressive interior of the villa is decorated in a modern and elegant style, with an emphasis on complete comfort. The villa extends over two floors and includes 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, en-suite bathrooms, and access to the terrace. Two bathrooms have a walk-in shower, while the third bathroom has a free-standing bathtub. In the open concept ground floor, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a kitchen island, a spacious dining table, and a living room with direct access to the courtyard, perfect for pleasant moments spent in the company of loved ones.

In the magical exterior of the villa, there is a spacious swimming pool at your disposal with accompanying deckchairs, for all-day enjoyment in the warm Mediterranean sun. The lounge area is located next to the swimming pool, while in the covered area next to the house, you will find an outdoor kitchen, a spacious dining table, as well as a sauna. The highlight of this villa is certainly the rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, a bioclimatic pergola, and an outdoor kitchen, a perfect space for e-night gatherings.
