Quaint and cozy family friendly home with private access down the road to a small Great Pond beach with dock access + 2 bikes. 3 bedroom (4 beds), central AC, and an outdoor shower in our backyard! Fully furnished and stocked with amenities for you. Excellent location to downtown Falmouth with restaurants, winery, groceries, playgrounds, coffee, shops and more!

FIRST FLOOR
Our Cape Cod Getaway has Xfinity premium cable and WIFI for any folks working remotely during their stay! The living space and bedrooms are all located on the ground floor.

We have a brand new LG washer and dryer located off the kitchen.

New 5 burner stove top with pots/pans for cooking, keurig coffee cups to start your morning, new utensils and plateware are included for your convenience! Option to grill for a backyard BBQ with our Weber grill at our outdoor dining space! There is no dishwasher, but we have cleaning supplies stocked as needed.

Bedroom 3
TWO TWINS (Daybed with XL Twin, Regular twin with pull-out trundle): Small dresser drawers, closet, central AC, all clean linens and blankets available

Bathroom
Full bath with brand new black matte fixtures. Blow dryer, bath towels and face cloths included. We are even stocked with emergency toiletries for guests!

This is a perfect space to make yourself feel at home with board games, such as Cape Cod Monopoly!

SECOND FLOOR:
There is a steep set of stairs in the living room on the first floor that leads to a small open carpeted space. Please use EXTRA caution when using these stairs. This is an unfurnished space that could be used for storage, if necessary. Again, please be mindful of any children and their access to the staircase.

OUTDOOR
Large cedar wood outdoor shower with shampoo/wash included. Cool off after a long hot + sandy day at the beach

Picnic table for outdoor dining, alongside our large Weber gas grill for cooking!

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home including driveway, street parking, and backyard. This house includes parking spaces.

2 bikes available for use on the Shining Sea Bikepath to Woods Hole! 2 Kayaks (these Kayaks are also shared by other guests renting our 2nd home in the neighborhood). Beach chairs and towels to use at our small private beach down the road.

BEACH/ DOCK ACCESS:
Our home is part of a private association that allows our guests to visit and take advantage of this summer. Kayaks are stored at a ~10 min walk down the street! More details on the neighborhood beach are included in our house book when you arrive (photo uploaded to show locations) 2 Kayaks, along with use of docks for a boat to pull alongside and pick up the family (boats cannot be docked overnight at this beach). A public boat ramp is located just 1 mile from our home. There are 3 different access points walking distance in the neighborhood , a map outlines the distance to house in our photos.

Other things to note
We love our quiet family friendly, private neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Absolutely no smoking, no parties, and no pets are allowed at this property. Must be 21 years or older to rent. Failure to comply with house rules will result in the forfeiture of your rental deposit plus any additional fees. Thank you for understanding!
