Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to amenities and attractions like Freemantle, Kings Park, Swan Valley, etc. Water kettle needs replacement. Heating element is rusty. One faulty light at kitchen needs replacement. Good quality , clean towels. Blankets were sufficient in all rooms. 1st night the whole house feels really cold, despite turning off the aircon entirely. 2nd night feels much better, not sure why. Overall it was a pleasant stay and Michael was responsive to assist in checking in.

recommended with group of people who are traveling with car. not easy to get by public transport but its not an issue for us. instead, i love this place which is far from noise but still very easy to get to the city with 5 mins drive.

Value for money for group of 6. Near to city. Michael is decent host.

Nice and comfortable place for family with kids.Location not so far from city and attractions.
