The house is located in a remote area in a quiet environment, close to the most beautiful places of the Bohemian Uplands with magnificent views. In 20 minutes you are in Teplice, Litomerice, in 40 minutes in Prague.

The space

The house stands on the top edge of the picturesque small settlement, from time immemorial called Beautiful (Krásná). In fact it is a "family chapel", where all major celebrations, including weddings, take place. It is said that the one, who rings the bell of a nearby little belfry at six o'clock evening, will fulfill his/her wish thought of when pulling the rope of the bell.

What can you do in Beautiful? You can go for a walk into the friendly hills. Tourist routes are not demanding. You will catch a glimpse of the romantic ruins of castles and huddled villages from individual peaks. All the beauty that men like poet Macha or biologist Humboldt had admired before you. You can also go swimming, for example in Barbora lake with the cleanest water far and wide, or in Teplice spa with hot mineral springs. And what about culture? Beautiful is located midway between the towns of Litomerice, Louny and Teplice. There is definitely always something interesting going on. Indeed, even if that was not enough, Prague is just a tiny bit further.

Accommodation is great both for solo travelers or couples and for families with children or groups of friends. Two children under 5 years old stay free. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. 4 beds are in the bedroom in the attic. These are two classic wooden beds and two extra beds - mattresses on the floor. The main room has a comfortable studio couch/bed for two persons.

Guest access

When you get to the intersection at the entrance to the village of Vlastislav from the direction of Třebenice, do not go straight to the village but turn slightly left onto the narrow path along the horse corral. The road is in pretty bad condition, but do not worry, soon it will be better. By the green house turn left up and when you see a red bell tower, you're on the spot.

If you have a detailed navigation, enter the address Vlastislav 80. If not, do not hesitate to call us and we will guide you, or we can come to lead you to the house.

Interaction with guests

We live in the next house. If you want we can wash your clothes. You can borrow barbecue or badminton.

Other things to note

In autumn and winter guests themselves heat the stove. Firewood is included in the price. Heat from the stove is sent to radiators in individual rooms. The advantage of the stove is pleasant glow of flames and simple operation, the disadvantage is the need for more frequent stoking. If there is low temperature outside and stoking is stopped, it can be cold in the house. If you want to jaunt somewhere, you can ask the host to operate the stove.

We had an absolutely awesome stay! The location is super, the house is very interesting and nice (there is story of it written by Pavla, but it's in Czech language only - Pavla, please, translate it to English for foreign guests, it will be VERY interesting to read for them too!:)) and the area is wonderful. We came here just because I found this house on Airbnb and liked it - we had no idea there are so many interesting things around. Castles are just on each and every hill (literally!:)). We are already planning to return next summer and this time to stay longer!

It is a lovely house in an old chapel with a beautiful view and ample room for children to play outside. Inside it is very clean and cosy. There is a nice fireplace with enough wood. There is a lot to see and do: hiking, visit nearby towns or, of course, Prague, biking along the river Labem and much more. We would recommend this place for sure!

Had a wonderful stay at Pavla's. House is uniquely situated with a fantastic view and rural tranquility. It is a great base from which to explore the immediate surroundings on foot and to venture further afield into the Bohemian Highlands. I highly recommend it and we hope visit again.

This place is wonderful. Very quiet. Very spacey. ..def worth to discover !

What an amazing place. Just getting up in the morning, and getting your cup of coffee with the view from atop the hill. The old church (I believe it is?) is amazing for kids, with lot's of space for running around insisde AND outside. Pavla was a great hosts - it was so easy to just drop in with everything taken care of. Highly recommend!
