The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique 2500 sq ft space. Walking distance to the lake, near the public boat ramp and close to town. This unique, updated Artist Cabin has Starlink WiFi and full house water filtration system. Enjoy time on the lake and come back to a comfortable home with all the amenities, including a game room.
1.5 miles to Public Boat Ramp, 1.5 miles to Hater House Grocery, 3.4 miles to Cambell Point Marina, 10 miles to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park.
The space
Walk into this updated Ozark Lake Cabin that takes you back in time with a modern twist. Notice all the artist touches like the old Plymouth hood ornament as the screen door handle, corrugated tin porch ceiling . The sunset over TRL mural brightens the basement TV/hangout room. The game room is a sure hit for those evenings back from the lake. The expansive primary bedroom has a king bed, its own sitting area and private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has a bunkbed with full size mattress. Over 2500 sq feet allows everyone to spread out or be together. Enjoy morning coffee or evenings on the front porch or the back deck.
Enjoy the whole house water filtration system. No need for bottle water. The UV and charcoal filtration system protects the water and gives it a great taste.
Guest access
Guests will have full use of the house, including the laundry room. There is an owner's closet and room downstairs that is locked and not accessible. There is a portico where guests can park their trailer or ATVs. The garage is for the owners.
Other things to note
We do live year-round in Shell Knob. We have amazing neighbors and appreciate you all keeping quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
We love our pets but due to allergies and local dogs, we do not allow pets at the Airbnb.
