A charming maisonette featuring authentic country-style decor and stunning stone flooring that stays naturally cool. With its warm,feel and elegant touches, this home is a peaceful sanctuary for families seeking style, safety, and crystal-clear waters.
The space
It’s a three level beachfront house of 85 sqm and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Elegantly designed with attention to detail offers you the ideal atmosphere for peaceful and quiet vacation in front of the sea .
Ground level : (1) spacious living room ( with A/C and ceiling fan ) with direct access to the back private and shaded patio furnished with a large wooden dinner table for 8 and a comfortable sofa (2) fully equipped kitchen ( also dish washer ) with direct access to the front private and shaded patio also furnished with a dinner table for 4 (3) storage room (4) WC
Second level : (1) bedroom with double bed and large closet ( with A/C and ceiling fan ) , (2) bedroom with two single beds ( second bed opens up underneath) and large closet ( with A/C and ceiling fun ) , (3) main bathroom with shower ( washing machine)
Third level : a cozy attic with a double bed ( with A/C )
Three levels are connected with internal staircase.
The location is ideal for families with children thanks to the spacious gardens of the complex , where the children can run and play with safety within the boundaries of the complex.
But also ideal for friends and couples that appreciate tranquility and privacy and are looking for relaxed holidays in front of the sea . That means you won’t have to use car every day , unless you want to explore more beaches and places in the area .
The estate, which is located just 2 km away from Pefkohori (towards Paliouri), also features secured access (with doorman and electrical gate door) .
The best of the house is definitely the fact that it is only 50 meters away from a private sandy beach with crystal water . Sun umbrellas , sunbeds and shower for exclusive use by the residents are provided.

When my daughter was born , we decide with my husband to have a house there and offer her the same unforgettable memories from her childhood . We love our house , we love the sense of leaving in front of the sea , swim anytime , enjoy the sun and the nature , relax and feel calm .
