We had a family break here in September and stayed for one week. The house is warm and cosy.and has central heating as well as a log fire. The views of the Loch from the sitting room are stunning. It is peaceful and surrounded by forest with no neighbours overlooking the property. The games room was fun. Lots to do for adults and children. The house has its own little ' dock' on to the loch. We took some great photos from there. The garden is fenced and we found our dog could run free in the garden although the area is full of wildlife and also farm animals so dogs need to be on a lead otherwise. We enjoy walking and walked for miles in the beautiful lands surrounding Loch Tummel. The nearest towns of Pitlochry and Aberfeldy have everything you need for eating at home as well as things you don't need but are nice to have. They are friendly, bustling and have good restaurants, cafes and pubs. We ate out most evenings and the standard of food was excellent. The journey back to the house in the evening along the loch road in the dark was a mini safari. Hare, deer and the occasional sheep in the road and no street lights so very slow driving was required. There are lots of things to do in the area and Lesley has plenty of information leaflets at the house. I would say people of all ages would enjoy staying there. I recommend the highland safari. A guide takes you off-road up into the wild highlands. There is no walking involved so most people should be able to take the trip.

We had a lovely stay on he banks of Loch Tummel. The house is as beautiful in real life as the photographs depict and has everything you would need for a trip away. Really comfy beds for a good nights sleep, fantastic wood burner and snooker and table tennis To keep both kids and adults entertained. Loch side views are impressive at any time of the day. Lesley was a brilliant host providing lots of great information on things to do nearby and a welcome hamper was lovely and very much appreciated. We would certainly recommend staying here and already think a trip in the autumn would be even more stunning

Lesley and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and tidy. It is decoreted with loving attention to details and we had everything we needed. The location was awesome... directly at the lake with hills around. You can do a lot of things around in the area but you definately need a car to make excursions. We would definately book again. Thank you Lesley for that wonderful stay!

Wonderfully upgraded and well equipped house, super comfortable furnishings, great location. As everything you need and more. We spent most of our time out touring and wished we had more time to just sit and relax and enjoy or even use the kitchen more. Another great benefit for me, was the "Instant Book". Lesley provided loads of information and went above my expectations to assist us and make us feel at home.

I have devoted six months to designing and setting up this holiday let so that I know my guests will be in for a treat and will feel happy with their choice.
I am a perfectionist and I love looking after people, so I am getting a lot of job satisfaction, helping my guests out with information on what to do in the area and hearing the appreciative comments I am getting from them. This is a high standard of property with new beds, new mattresses, sofas etc and has been totally refurbished for guests. I am proud of the product and will always maintain this so as not to disappoint.
