The space
This newly built, modern beachy-style home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Designed with families and groups in mind, the open floor plan offers plenty of room to gather, relax, and make yourself at home.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Three well-appointed bedrooms with 6 beds total, cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and generous clothing storage including a walk-in closet, additional closet, and dresser. The 2.5 bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and hot water.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from morning coffee to full meals. Includes a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, wine glasses, baking sheet, cooking basics, and all dishes and silverware. Coffee is provided.

Living & Working: Central air and heat, ceiling fans, and portable fans keep things comfortable year-round. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to work remotely. In-unit washer and dryer, iron, and drying rack on hand for longer stays.

Entertainment & Family: Board games, exercise equipment (free weights and yoga mat), and an Ethernet connection for streaming. Family-ready with a Pack 'n Play, children's dinnerware, outlet covers, and baby safety gates.

Outdoor Space: A fully fenced private backyard with outdoor furniture, a dining area, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, and yard games — perfect for evenings outside. Beach essentials, including towels, an umbrella, blankets, and snorkeling gear, are also provided.

Parking & Access: Free on-premises parking plus free street parking. Keypad self-check-in for easy, flexible arrival.
