Welcome to our simple, cozy cottage by Lake Snogeholm, a genuine wilderness spot. Surrounded by untouched Skåne nature, close to the lake, it offers total peace and a wilderness feeling. Hike on trails, swim, pick mushrooms or look for deer and birds. Light the fire in the rustic cottage in the evening or enjoy the starry sky. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends looking for a secluded, nature-oriented experience. Book and experience the magic of Snogeholmssjön.
The space
This is a small and spartan accommodation of 30 sqm. The luxury of the cottage is not the furniture but the unique proximity to nature.
Unfortunately, the shower isn't working.
Guest access
The whole cabin, the jetty, and a piece of the lake are yours. Access to a simple rowboat is included in the price. In Sweden, we have the right of public access, which means that everyone has the right to be in the forest. Some guests don't see a single person and sometimes people wander past the cottage.
Other things to note
The water comes from the well next to the cottage and is naturally filtered. The quality is usually good, but we do not recommend drinking the water. We provide the cottage with bottled water at no extra cost.
Unfortunately, the water level in wells is very low throughout the region. We have many guests all year round and unfortunately the well does not have unlimited capacity. Everything works properly, including the tap and toilet, but we ask you to use the water very sparingly 🙂
