Our home is 3 blocks from historic Main Street Carbondale. Also nearby are the public library, public transport, restaurants, shops, parks, the pool, bars, artist studios, and the Rio Grande Trail. Within a few minutes are biking, hiking and running trails, hot springs, and other family-friendly activities. You’ll love our place for its location, the ambiance, high ceilings, the views, and the quaintness of Carbondale. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families.
From the outside our home looks quaint, but on the inside you'll find modern updates that give our historic home even more character. The floors in the living and bedrooms are original wood flooring, and you'll find plenty of slanted corners and lines that make our place unique. As an old home, it is a little chilly in the winters, so we like to recommend slippers and a cozy sweater for lounging in the house. We have lots of blankets and some extra heaters available if needed, but just come prepared with a layer for evenings on the couch! Our space is cozy, fresh and welcoming with plenty of plants and charm. We hope you feel at home.
The whole home is yours to enjoy, except for the third bedroom that will be locked off with the owner's personal belongings. The mudroom is available and recommended for use to store sporting equipment or any extra belongings.

We are a very easy going, active, and friendly couple and we love where we live! We partake in many outdoor activities and love spending time in the mountains around us. Between the two of us we have a wealth of local knowledge on trails, ski adventures, climbing routes, and bike rides that we'd be happy to share. We are proud of the home that we've built here and would be happy to share any info that you need, but we also understand that many people enjoy finding their own way, and we're happy to leave you alone if that's the experience you're after.
