Welcome to The Newport Hideaway, a spacious 800sq ft 1-bedroom in-law suite with king bed, living room with full size pullout couch, kitchenette, private entrance and off street parking for up to two vehicles. It is located 0.6 miles from Broadway restaurants and 1 mile away to downtown Newport/Thames St. restaurants and shops. This unit features a deck with sitting area and outdoor shower. This unit is close to the Newport Bridge and easy to access without getting stuck in Newport traffic.
The space
This is a newly renovated private in-law suite attached to host house featuring a private entry with a 200sq foot deck with outdoor shower (May-September) and seating area. The unit features a large living room featuring a full size pullout sofa bed, kitchenette, a large bathroom with walk in shower and radiant heated floors, spacious bedroom featuring a king sized bed and large closet with washer/dryer machine. Kitchenette stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, air fryer, Keurig, fridge and freezer. Living room side tables equipped with outlets for making charging electronics easy while relaxing on the couch. Bedroom nightstands are equipped with charging stations featuring USB and USB-C ports. Living room and bedroom with brand new 55-inch Roku TVs featuring guest mode where guests can log into their own streaming services and the TV will automatically log out on check out date. There is a deck box with beach chairs for guest to use while enjoying the beautiful beaches Newport has to offer. This is a beautiful space where you are close enough to walk to downtown Newport restaurants, shopping and water views but far enough away to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful getaway to Newport!
