Rosebank Cabin is clean and comfortable with all the basic requirements for overnight stays.Located in the garden behind Rosebank. Ideal for stop if you are travelling the North Coast 500 Route.close to the sea and only a few minutes walk to small village shop.Come meet the locals in the village bar and dine on freshly caught langoustines.Enjoy walking around the local area and maybe catch a glimpse of the stunning Sea Eagles that live on Shieldaig Island, then to Nanny's for delicious coffee.

The space

If a third adult or child wishes to stay free of charge we have a single blow up air bed which they could use if they wish to do so.

Other things to note

We would like people to know that it is really difficult to get wifi in the cabin. We are trying to rectify this problem but it is quite difficult because of were we live. Some visitors say it works better in the bedroom, but failing that we tell our visitors that they can always get it in our local pub which is only a couple of minutes walk away. Most of them quite like that idea.Once again sorry for any inconvenience and once this problem is fixed we will notify our visitors. We would also like to let people know that the first saturday in august every year we have a village fete which lasts all day and at night there is dancing in the street with a band so it can be quite loud until early hours of the morning.[1.00am].This happens pretty much outside of the house where your cabin is situated in the back garden of, so just wanted to let you know this before anyone books this date.We would like people to know that the fete that i have just been talking about has been moved to saturday 12th august. This is the first time in 35 years that it has been altered so we are very sorry for the short notice but we have not long been informed of the change of date.

The lodge is absolutely fantastic (I especially loved the shower and fire). It's a very short walk from the loch and a lovely pub/ restaurant but still seems very quiet and private. I stupidly didn't download offline directions to the lodge so I had to call Christine who was very helpful

We had an amazing stay in Chrissie's little cabin. It looked cosy from the pictures but as soon as we stepped inside it was warm and inviting. The cabin was an absolute delight, with everything we needed and more for a wonderful stay. The smoked salmon pate was a great, welcoming touch and we all enjoyed it with some oatcakes. We also appreciated that the basics were all thoughtfully included (not always the case as we have found out to our cost). The location too is breathtaking, and though we toured around the area extensively during our short stay, Shieldaig is a place we can safely say we'd love to return to, and we'd be very happy to stay in this cabin again. The cabin was spotless too and we had a great sleep on a very comfy bed; even the airbed for our teenage son was to his liking! Thanks again for a great stay - wholeheartedly recommended.

Lovely wee yellow cabin in a beautiful village, it was very easy to find and everything was great. Local restaurant/bar was really nice as well.

Gorgeous cosy little cottage in one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. You will not be dissappointed. Great walks and wild swims nearby with a cosy fire to return to. Thanks for a lovely relaxing trip!
