My place is close to Downtown Pensacola, The Naval Air Station and the Beaches. You’ll love it because of the coziness and the chance to try camper style living in this 20 foot self contained trailer. We look forward to hosting you! Sorry but we do not allow pets.
We have a 21 foot long by 7 foot wide travel trailer that is situated on an RV park that has been in our family for over two generations. There is ample seating and sleeping for three people and a camper bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The front has a "U" shaped table and booth, the middle of the trailer has the kitchen space and the back has bunk beds and the bathroom.
The kitchen area has a microwave, refrigerator and sink available for your use. There is a single serve coffee maker available to use if you bring your favorite coffee!
The guest will have access to the kitchen area, bathroom and all the sleeping and living areas of the camper. The space outside the camper will be available for any outdoor uses as well. There is a grill located at the camper. There is a TV and DVD player in the camper as well. Kitchen has K-cup single serve coffeemaker.
For long term guests we will provide a key to the unit.
Feel free to ask any questions that you may have.
Interaction with guests
We interact with the guests as much or as little as the guests want. We understand that some guests are in the area and want information and recommendations from the host while others may be in town for work or on a tight schedule and need privacy.
We are here for our guests and are never more than a text message or phone call away.
Other things to note
This is a travel trailer and is different from a mobile home or regular house. The spaces are laid out in a different manner due to this. Please understand this prior to booking.
We offer a clean comfortable space for our guests to stay on our private property. We understand the costs associated with travel and want to provide a low price to allow people to visit the area. Please do not take our low price as an invitation to treat the place as a cheap motel. All we ask is for people to act respectfully of the camper and items in and around it.
Please be respectful of our camper. Treat it as you would your own house.
Please book how many people will be staying during the trip. We only prepare bed linens and towels for the number of people that are booked. Thanks!

Hello, thanks for taking a look at my posting. I have had the ability in my life to do quite a bit of traveling and I have enjoyed meeting new people when I travel. AirBnB will allow me to continue to meet new people even when I don't have the chance to be the one traveling. If my housing arrangement can help you out as you're spending time in the Pensacola area I look forward to meeting you. I'm unable to add this in the languages section but I speak Portuguese.
If you are traveling to the area and would like some information on places to run or bike I would be happy to guide you in the right direction. I have run and biked in the area for almost 15 years and would be happy to talk with you about any preferences that you might have.
I will accommodate travelers any way that I can, if you would like food picked up or any special arrangements please let me know before you arrive and I will be glad to work something out.
Have a great day!
