A part from having stunning ocean views along the whole apartment, this cozy space (642 ² ft) is ideal for a couple's get-away or for a fun family trip of up to 4 people.
Offering a small table right next to the windows to enjoy your coffee or cocktails with a view, a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, WIFI, a rollable desk for your work needs, and one assigned parking space. Additionally, this condominium features a gym on the second floor.
Its location makes it ideal to enjoy Old San Juan, a very central/convenient home to travel along the island and comfortable to rest and recharge.
KITCHEN
This fully equipped kitchen offers fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dish washer, small blender, cookware, utensils and everything you need to prepare & enjoy a great meal.

Early and late check-ins or check outs are not allowed without prior approval.

You will always find something to see or do in the San Juan area. There are numerous beaches, restaurants, stores, and historic attractions to explore - some walking distance and others a short ride away.

GETTING AROUND
Rent a scooter in front of the building with SKOOTEL or other companies to easily move around to Old San Juan and near the area. Check regulations with them.
To rent or not to rent a car? This will be depending on your adventure plans.
If you plan on staying around the San Juan area, we recommend using Uber as it's convenient and accessible.
However, if you plan on moving outside of the city into areas such as Yunque, Ceiba (for the Ferry to Culebra/Vieques), and other farther places than we do recommend renting a car as it may be less expensive and less of a hassle. You'll have a free designated parking spot in the condominium so you don't need to worry about that.
PARKING
You will have one assigned parking on the safety of the condominium premises.

No blocking driveways, fire lanes or other vehicles.
