Our pet-friendly, 3-bedroom holiday home is perfectly located at the 5-star Hoburne Holiday Park in sunny Christchurch, Dorset. It's the ideal spot for families with kids and a beloved dog, sleeping six comfortably across three cosy bedrooms.
You'll find a modern, bright and fun "home from home" at 'La Grace', packed with thoughtful touches and high-quality fixtures that go above and beyond your typical holiday home. We've thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable!
Step inside the light and airy hallway. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, from quick snacks to a full family feast, including a full-size oven, microwave and a large fridge/freezer. Plenty of crockery, glasses, pots and pans are provided. Right opposite, the dining area with fixed seating and an extra bench means everyone can gather comfortably for meal times.
The heart of the home is the bright and airy lounge, where the whole family can kick back and relax on the large, comfortable
L-shaped sofa. With central heating throughout, you'll be toasty warm no matter the weather. Plus, the Smart TV lets you keep up with your favourite shows or log into your Netflix/Amazon Prime accounts for movie nights. We've even stocked the property with games, toys and books for extra fun – just remember to leave them for the next guests!
The master bedroom offers a comfy double bed, bedside cabinets and a double wardrobe with a dressing table – perfect for all those holiday outfits. The two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds (narrower than a standard single bed), provide cosy spots for the kids (and their favourite cuddly toys!).
You'll appreciate the family shower room with a spacious shower, WC and basin, plus a second separate WC with a basin – a real lifesaver when you have six guests!
Outside, the sunny, wrap-around deck is a real highlight! Accessed from the main door or the sliding patio doors in the lounge, it's completely secure with a fitted gate and balustrade, giving you peace of mind while your little ones and furry friend play safely. The outdoor table and chairs are perfect for alfresco dining, a leisurely coffee, or even a holiday cocktail while soaking up the sun.
We've got you covered with all bedding provided (beds will be made up for your arrival!), a bath towel per guest, a hand towels, per bathroom/wc, bath mats, a tea towel and oven gloves. Just remember to bring your own beach/pool towels. If your dog is joining, please also bring a towel for muddy paws and a blanket to protect the sofa if they love a cuddle.
Guests can enjoy superb on-site facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, steam room and The Venue for entertainment (additional fees apply - see 'Other Details to Note'). Even without passes, you can still access the café, bar, restaurant and amusement arcade. On site, you'll also find crazy golf (extra fee), outdoor adventure playgrounds, an indoor soft play area and a multi-sports area – something for every member of the family!

There is plenty of free parking directly in front of our holiday home with no designated parking spaces.
Park facilities - pool, gym, entertainment area are very close by which you may use if you have purchased leisure passes.
Other things to note
The dog fee is £30 per dog per trip. Please make sure you have added your dog to your booking as our guest.
This property is privately owned but the owners have enlisted the help of Sue Williams of Unrivalled Holiday Homes to manage their bookings & property for them. All correspondence will be dealt with by Sue.
Once you have made your booking you will be asked for your email address in order to be sent further information. This information includes a booking form asking for personal details in order to apply to Hoburne (owner of the site) for the leisure & car parking passes, as required by them for all guests staying on their sites. It will also provide all the information on the costs and payment requirements for the leisure passes which are dealt with by Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes.
The leisure passes cost £66 for up to 6 guests for up to 7 nights (NOT per person). Payment will be made directly to Sue of Unrivalled Holiday Homes who then applies for the passes for you as our guests. We require at least 1 weeks’ notice to process the passes which will be available for you to collect from reception on your arrival.
All water and electric charges are included in your holiday rental charge but please be mindful of leaving lights and the heating on when you're out, both for environmental reasons but also because of rising energy prices!
Pet friendly features and amenities: -
• It can be difficult to find luxury accommodation that accepts well behaved dogs, but we believe the two need not necessarily be mutually exclusive!
• A dog is ‘family’ too and subject to our House rules, one well behaved dog is welcome to join you for your stay. That is why we have made sure they can enjoy your holiday with you, they do not miss the fun, and you do not miss them!
• Please specify at the time of booking if you intend to bring your dog. An extra charge is applicable of £30 per booking. Registered guide and hearing dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments are welcome to stay without charge.
• We pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of our ‘home from home’ holiday home and have high cleaning standards so that all guests (with or without dogs) can equally enjoy staying in our holiday home.
• Your dog will enjoy a small doggy treat provided as part of our welcome pack for guests on arrival.
• We are perfectly positioned for country, coastal or forest walks, so you will never be short of places to burn off some energy and get some exercise, whatever time day it may be! And there is an on-site designated dog exercise area as well.
Prohibited Breeds -
In the interest of guest safety – especially children – and the welfare of other dogs on site, the following breeds of dogs are not allowed. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
• Breeds classified under the Dangerous Dogs Act: - Pit Bull Terriers, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero.
• Other prohibited breeds: Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, English Bull Terriers, Japanese Akitas.

We have a strict NO SMOKING or vaping policy in our holiday home including on the decking.
This holiday home does NOT allow smoking of any description - cigarettes, vapes etc at ANY time. If evidence of smoking is detected then this will incur an additional charge for further cleaning.
