2 miles from Michigan Stadium. You’ll love my place because of the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

The space
Two bedroom condo, full bath upstairs (with shower and bathtub) and a 1/2 bath available in basement. Parking in the garage is INCLUDED with the rental of the condo. There is NO PARKING on the condo premises - you can be towed. I do NOT reimburse if this occurs. Please be advised that this is not strictly a rental property, it is my home.

There are two great breakfast (brunch/lunch) places nearby. Famous on the University of Michigan Campus is Angelos restaurant and at the other end of the block is Northside Grille which is also good! Riverside Park is close by for walking/running and the Argo Cascades for tubing, canoeing and kayaking. Ann Arbor is a beautiful place to be outside!
