Arrive by car or boat, enter the Barn, see the "game space". 1st floor with sectional pull out for sleeping, kitchen & full bath. 2nd floor bedroom, king size OR twins with 1/2 bath and work space. Balcony overlooks the lake. Inside barn, play ping pong, basketball and more. Outside enjoy kayak, paddle board and water toys. Only a few steps to the water. Use of private dock for boat 20' or less. Launch boat at nearby State park. Private Barn located on owners property behind main house

The space
We have a large lot on the water. The accommodations are located in a totally private, new and fresh Barn, just 65 steps to the lake. There is a seating on the dock. The water is 8' deep off the dock, good for boats or swimming. You will have the entire building including a balcony overlooking the lake. There is plenty of space for parking car and boat. There is also a large grassy area for your use. The "game room" in the barn is perfect for kids with seating, games and a view of the Lake.

Guest access
Arrive by GPS. Pull forward toward the main house and park by the blue door at the "Guest Parking " sign. Usually the large door to the game room is open or the blue door by code given by AirBnB. The Barn sleeps 4 (plus small child). Additional daytime visitors are limited to four more people. You have full use of the Barn, and the grassy area surrounding the Barn. The game area is a nice covered outdoor space for relaxation after a day on the water. You will be just a few steps to the dock and water. For fishermen, we have ample space for a boat and trailer but do not have a ramp. In addition, the State Park is minutes away.

Other things to note
Kitchen does not have a dishwasher, or garbage disposal. Please put garbage in waste basket, then in trash bin in garage. Also, there is no free standing oven but there is a 2 burner stove top, a microwave and a toaster oven. All small appliances are here including a Keurig and regular coffee pot. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal.

There is a boat rental minutes from us. Carefree Boat rentals and also the State Park which is where many of the fishing tournaments take place.

Our large driveway will accommodate a boat (as will our dock) and trailer but we do not have a ramp.

The bedroom is made up as a king, if you prefer twins, PLEASE ADVISE AT THE TIME OF MAKING A RESERVATION SO THE BEDS CAN BE READY FOR YOU!
