Welcome to your beach vacation! Your family will be walking distance to everything! The beautiful beach, bay, playground, arcade, mini golf, pizza, ice cream and coffee! Relax in the backyard as you feel the warm sun. This super clean two bedroom ranch is very family friendly. We are right off the bridge so once you get into LBI, you are home (no more long drives)! Includes high chair, bouncer, pack and play (if needed). Brand new sectional pull-out couch! Enjoy the original charm of Surf City.

Single Family Ranch with 3 car driveway and backyard. Home has master bedroom (Queen) with ceiling fan and half bath attached, full bath with tub & shower, additional bedroom (2 Twins), pull out sofa in living room (Double). Closets and dressers included. Kitchen has new fridge with ice maker, toaster oven (air fryer feature), dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove top, microwave, cofee maker and essentials. Living room with smart TV and wifi, dining room (seats 6, plus high chair), laundry room (Washer, Dryer included). Backyard has dining table for 6 plus additional chairs to lounge in. Bedrooms and Main room all have window ACs and the house stays cool in the summer. Location is great, walking distance to everything!
