Spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Windermere, away from highways and noise. Close to grocery shops, cafes, and beauty salons, a short drive to Disney Land, Disney springs, universal studios, and the sea world parks.
The apartment complex offers full access to swimming pool, outdoor bbq, gym using a fob, playground and a lake with cute wild ducks and turtles living there. You can take walks around the apartment complex with your children, feed the ducks and turtles.
Pet friendly property with $100 charge per pet; so take your dog to the park nearby, please always pick up after your pets. Dogs must stay in crates (provided) while at the apartment, dogs are not allowed on furniture, violations of the rules will cost $100 per violation.
