Your family and friends will be within minutes of sunset beach and Fred Howard beach. Back yard is the glorious pinellas trail that goes from tarpon springs to st Pete. Just 1 minute from golf coarse and less than 5 miles from tarpon springs sponge docks with numerous restaurants and things to do. House located close to us19 alt 19. Entire home with WiFi features 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and a large fenced in back yard great for parties or gatherings. Also great for your pet upon approval.

The space
Come unwind, recharge, and experience the relaxation at our cozy small cottage Why rent hotel when you will the entire home with privacy to yourself. House has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Master bedroom has temperpedic queen mattress with curtains on windows if you would like dark or light. 2nd bedroom has Queen soft comfortable bed with tv and PlayStation. Kids 3rd room has full size mattress with with pull away 4th bed that's a twin trundle that can be utilized in any room also a play pen for kids in the closet. Each room has led Roku tv. and two of the 3 rooms have PlayStation system for kids or great for dvds. Living room has large tv with roku. Sectional couch and eat in table. Board games or coloring for the kids. WiFi is located in living room area but can be utilized throughout house. The eat in kitchen has tv and offers you with all of the basic utensils and needs for cooking or eating. Has toaster and air fryer, conventional oven, along with coffee pot. Crockpot and George Foreman grill along with Full stainless steel stove, microwave and fridge. Porch has outside eating area or for games. Porch also has full washer and dryer if shall need to use for your stay it's free. Front yard can park anywhere you would like and hold 2-6 cars for parking. Large enough for trailers and rvs as well. Large fenced in back yard for pets upon approval. Cornhole game or simple bbq hangout with guests at firepit. Directly behind the house offers the pinellas trail that you can ride bicycles or walk the Glorious tarpon springs. Bathroom has brand new bathtub and window for fresh air. Vanity that has all the essentials with dove soap. Toothpaste. Hair gel. Two ply toilet paper, Mouthwash, febreze and shampoo/body wash. If there are any requests to help this stay be better for you just let me know.
