The room is on the first floor. The house is one minutes walk from Abergele Road which is the main road through Colwyn Bay, with bus stops,shops, cafes and pubs minutes away. The local cinema is also a few minutes walk away. The room has a tv
A bedroom with a double bed, single bed and sink (sink rather old but will be replaced eventually). Private bathroom down the landing (next to bedroom) with bath and hand held shower. Also 24 hour access to TV Lounge and Breakfast Room, which has a fridge and a microwave oven and a small fan assisted oven for pizza's etc. There house has a front step, which is possibly unsuitable for people with mobility problems.

Nearby places are Conwy and Snowdonia. North Wales is number 4 on 'Lonely Planet 2017'. Surf Snowdonia is 12 miles (20 km), Penryn Quarrys Zip world is 23 miles. Some guests have stopped off in Colwyn Bay on the way to Dublin - look for the latest prices online. In April, a train ticket from Colwyn Bay to Dublin was around £35.00 (one way). A ticket from Dublin to London was about £41.00 Look at Go Euro, Virgin Trains or Arriva Trains.
Parking at 'Berwyn' is very easy after about 5 30 when shoppers stop using the road, so far all guests have been able to park in front of, or next to the house, regardless of the time of their arrival.
