Welcome to our charming and cozy home, affectionately known as "The Ticket Office."It was the Santa Fe Railroad's ticket office from the 1920s to 1940s.

The space
A small, pleasant house that is close to local bars and other eateries. It has a nice, big backyard with a picnic table.
Please be advised that there are three community black cats that may greet you. They are very friendly and they love people. They are well cared for, having received all their shots and being deflead. They are the granddad, dad, and grandson.
Additionally, it is conveniently located near a popular bar and grill, and Fridays and Saturdays can be particularly busy.

Other things to note
The house is well-insulated with soundproofing insulation. But it is within a block of the railroad tracks. There are times when you might hear the trains. This should not be an issue, except for those who are very light sleepers. Earplugs are provided if needed.
