Set back on a quiet residential street, this contemporary flat is so, so quiet and offers a serene and comfortable space in central London. It's a medium sized double bedroom but there's bags of space in the lounge, bathroom, kitchen and the patio, which overlooks a rear garden area and off-street parking - so no passing traffic, just parking. It really is so so quiet for central London.
Double Bedroom sleeps 2 on double bed and there is a seperate living room and kitchen.
Spacious living room and storage space with a wide balcony facing a garden for sunny days. Has wood floors with modern fitted kitchen with washer dryer, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, large bright lounge and bathroom with bath & shower.

Staying here means you have as much peace and quiet as you want or find as much as excitement as you want within just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, and art galleries and museums such as the Barbican nearby.
You could walk to many of the attractions of London: Tate Modern and St Pauls (15 minutes), the City (10 minutes), Covent Garden/West End (20 minutes). Plus, as it's central Zone 1 it's cheaper and quicker to travel around.
Ten minutes walk takes you to Old Street and Shoreditch, which offer even more entertainment options and lots of clubs and late night bars. A short bus ride away takes you further into Dalston, Broadway Market and London Fields. If you like people watching, this area is where, it is claimed, you can see some of the best young fashionistas and artists wandering around being 'arty'. There are some great Vietnamese and Turkish restaurants in this area, too - and lots of bars and events happenings.
15 minutes walking distance to Shoreditch (most exciting area for young people)
Excellent amenities with parks
5 minutes walk away from supermarkets Waitrose and Tesco express
18 minutes walk to London Icons like St Pauls Cathedral, Smithfield Market( Skyfall was filmed there), Thames River, Millennium Bridge etc
You could pick up one of the bike rentals - there's a bike station next to the flat - for as little as a pound a day, which is a great way to see the City. This is especially good at weekends, when the City and central London traffic goes to the country for the weekend. You may well find long and empty roads on a Saturday and Sunday.
2 minutes walk to nearest bike rental stand
10 minutes walk to the nearest tube station
15 minutes tube ride to Oxford Circus
I've lived in London for more than 5 years and I feel lucky to live in Clerkenwell. I do believe it may be one of the best places to live in the capital.
