In the price of this apartment, we include 25 kWh of electricity per day. Making responsible use of the Air Conditioning, which means using it only with the windows and doors tightly closed and not leaving it on if you leave the apartment for a long time. Each kWh exceeded will be charged at $12.00 pesos at the end of your stay. In Mexico, electricity is very expensive, so air conditioning is a luxury that most people cannot afford. Follow these instructions and you will almost certainly not have to pay any extra charges.
The condominium has a safe, which will be delivered to you in an open state, and you must leave it that way when you leave. If you leave it locked, you will be charged $100 USD.
