No parties or gatherings. Quiet time is from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.

No fireworks on property.

Owner will enter property through side gate on Sunday afternoon to move garbage to street. Garbage containers will be returned to behind fence on Monday.

Prior to check out:

Please remove all used bed sheets and pillow cases and place in the laundry basket in the garage. Used towels, wash cloths, and bath mat can be placed in the washer in the garage, but do not start.

Please load the dirty dishes into the dishwasher, but do not start cleaning cycle.

Remove all trash to the large garbage cans on the side of the house in the backyard. Gray is garbage, green is recycle.
