The main living area features vaulted wood ceilings, large windows for abundant natural light, and a grand stone fireplace. Relax in the comfortable seating area with a 60" flat-screen TV. This open-concept space flows onto an expansive deck, perfect for outdoor dining among the pines. Pet friendly up to two pets for an additional fee per pet. Prepare your favorite meals in the sleek, fully equipped chef's modern kitchen, which features blue grey cabinetry and a breakfast bar for casual morning coffee.

Tahoe Donner Short-Term Tenant Cards — Access the Full Resort Community
This property participates in the Tahoe Donner Short-Term Tenant Card program, providing your group with six transferable cards that unlock access to Tahoe Donner's world-class private amenities for the duration of your stay. Six cards is the maximum number permitted per property by Tahoe Donner, making this home ideally suited for groups looking to take full advantage of the community.
Amenities accessible with your Short-Term Tenant Cards include the Trout Creek Recreation Center and pools, the Golf Course, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Beach Club Marina during summer months, the Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe Center, and Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort during winter months.
Daily Access Fees apply per person upon entry and are as follows: children ages 0 to 2 are free, children ages 3 to 6 are $15 per day, and guests ages 7 and older are $30 per day. These fees are paid directly at the amenity upon arrival.
Please note that Short-Term Tenant Cards are subject to blackout dates on the following holidays, during which private amenity access is reserved for Tahoe Donner members: January 17 to 19 (MLK Day), February 14 to 16 (Presidents Day), May 23 to 25 (Memorial Day), July 1 to 5 (Fourth of July), September 5 to 7 (Labor Day), November 26 to 29 (Thanksgiving), and December 24 through January 3 of the following year (Christmas and New Year's holiday period). Public amenities remain open to short-term tenants on all dates with no blackout restrictions.

Tahoe Donner Private Amenity Access:
Your stay includes guest passes that unlock access to exclusive facilities—a significant benefit not offered by many local rentals. How It Works: Each pass admits one guest (age 3+) per day. Up to six guests max from your group may use the amenities on the same day. If your group is larger, please contact us before arrival to make arrangements with preregistration through the owners portal fees apply to book in advance. Daily Fees: Access is subject to a daily fee paid directly to Tahoe Donner. Fees are subject to change by the association at any given point throughout the year without notice so please contact HOA directly for up to date exact pricing.
