About this listing
This cute bedsit in the heart of Stoke Newington allows you to have your own bedroom and kitchen in a great location on a quiet back street yet only minutes away from cafes, markets and bars in Church Street as well as Dalston, which has easy transport links.
The house is a Victorian house that has been divided to make up 6 bedsits. You'll be sharing the bathroom but have your own bedroom and kitchen.
The kitchen could be found stocked in various ways, there'll always be the basics.
There'll be fresh bedding and a towel so no need to worry about sleeping bags and the sorts.
You'll have keys so you can come and go as you please.
You'll have the kitchen and the room to yourself, there's a shared garden (not the most exciting one i must be honest) and shared bathrooms.
I'll be there to welcome you to the house and the area, I won't be staying in the house but when i am in the area I'm easy if you want a quiet time or fancy tagging along with my plans.
The area is full of all sorts, and changing rapidly. Its very colourful in its diversity and there's plenty of convenience as well as extravagances. There's a nice balance of the high street and Church Street, which is full of little independent shops and cafes. There's a farmers market, a couple of nice parks as well as a beautiful old cemetary, there's plenty of pubs, there's a tiny cafe around the corner with proper coffee, a fancy butchers, a great Turkish.. a cheap proper Italian pizza place run by Indians and so on.

Originally from the Netherlands but after being taken around the world by my nomadic parents I settled in London where I now have been for 10 years.
I'm working in the creative industry part time and try to spend as much of my free time painting as possible.
Love art, a good dance, and food. Also pretty happy about kids and trees. And good ted talks. And books. Films of course.
