The space

This apartment is solely yours for when you book. It is located in a quiet area with easy access to local eateries as well as a short trip to more high-end dining spots. A short cab ride can take you to the Pier of the Star Ferry & Ocean Terminal (Mall). This provides easy access for sightseeing the rest of Hong Kong.

Hung Hom is a peaceful area with low-rise buildings surrounding the area. Supermarkets and convenient stores are nearby when you come out of the apartment. Public transport is an ease in Hong Kong, and you will be able to get around to all areas of Hong Kong within in a short period of time.

The apartment is fully furnished en-suite bedroom with a desk and chair equipped with air conditioning and Free Wifi.

We provide hair dryer, fresh towels, shampoo and bath gel. If have any other requests please let me know.

Bedroom: Double size bed, fits 2.

Hung Hom is an area of Kowloon. The area is mainly residential, giving people easy access to other districts of Hong Kong and connections directly to the Hong Kong Island.

Super convenient. Shopping arcades across the road and nearby shops will provide you with all the facilities and restaurants you require and need. If you wish, there is an even bigger shopping area in the district of Whampoa which is 5 minutes walk away. Buses and minibuses go through the area frequently and will get you to Tsim Sha Tsui in 5-10 minutes in a few stops.

Public buses in front of the apartment will get you quickly to anywhere in Kowloon & Hong Kong. There are TWO MTR stations (Ho Man Tin or Whampoa Station) only a short 5 minute walk away.

If you need help with anything you can contact me :) Otherwise I will not interfere with your stay.

It is really easy to get around in Hong Kong and this apartment located in Kowloon will get you to anywhere within 15-20 minutes by bus, taxi or train (all ways of transport are cheap in Hong Kong relatively).

This is a first floor apartment. If you are planning on a luxurious stay with spa and a great grand view of Hong Kong, then this apartment is not for you. :) However, I recommend you to spend time getting tired in the streets of Hong Kong and coming back for a good nights sleep at a well kept and clean apartment.

Although the place was very small, it did everything that I wanted it to and I was very happy with location and it served my purpose very well

Very very small place but clean and tidy, good mattress, nice location, good communication with host (even though we never met). We tried to stay there with a baby and would have liked a warning that this place can accommodate a loving couple MAX. TV has no HDMI socket that I could find, but we only used it for sleeping. Great street dimsum on the way to Whampoa Station BTW.

Didn't actually stay in this particular place, nick hooked me up with an upgrade due to the original being under renovation. Relatively spacious for HK given the size of some of the others around. Thanks nick

My husband and I stayed in Nick's room for five days. He was very good at communicating instructions and permitted us to check out late. Reasonable accommodation is difficult to find in Hong Kong. This is a "shoebox" room and bathroom. It would have been fine for a night for a couple or a few days for a single but we found it too small. The upside of that is that it got us out the door to see the city. The mattress is covered in plastic which made our nights sleep hot and noisy there is also a lot of traffic noise but that is to be expected in such a big city. A few hooks and shelves would make this space much more liveable. The area is good with shopping, restaurants and good transportation.

The apartment is about 8 minutes away on foot from the nearest subway station, or you can take the bus and it will be 1 minute away from the nearest bus stop. We encountered a problem with the check in because another traveler mistakenly checked in to our booked room. Good thing Nick sorted it out and booked us in another room on the same building. The room is small, although Nick said it is somewhat bigger than what we have originally booked. The space is very limited; my companion and I had to take turns opening our luggages. The room looked tidy but it was not clean. The floor looked grimy and the sheets looked like it was already used. Don't let the air conditioning fool you. We thought it was broken because it only blew out warm air, but on our last night we discovered the temperature can be adjusted. The knob is hidden from plain sight under the aircon. It will be really handy when visiting HK during the summer when it is hot. The room is really humid each time we return from a whole day of being out and about. The location is good, somewhat in the middle of all the places you need to see and visit.

Good: - cheap - local restaurants nearby - bright Bad: - no flushing water and the host is not responding, probably due to holiday here in Hong Kong - a bit dusty - not the same room in the photo but similar, quite small - AC a bit noisy - hairdryer really dirty and a bit broken
