To provide our guests with the best comfort and condition for pleasant vacation is our highest priority.
With respect to Tim's feedback we would like to react as follows.
Related to missing kettle we would like to underline that our kitchen is fully equipped and there are couple of alternatives how to prepare boiled water for tea. Anyway in future we will provide kitchen with this device as well.
In case of internet connection we are pretty convinced that 1 GB is enough for internet communication for six days stay. We cannot imagine what Tim has been done if he spent 1 GB during one day. Anyway, in the future, after installation of optical lines in the building, we will manage more powerful internet for the apartment.
Furthermore we insist on our message in the apartment specification "there is parking available in the courtyard for free". It needs sometimes more time to find free parking place, but no single guest before complained on the problem with parking place.
With respect to living room there are 9 places for sitting including chairs in the apartment, what we see as satisfying for even 6 guests. We had six guests in the apartment in the past and they didn't have any problem with sitting. We wander why two guests have the problem with sitting capacity.
We would like to inform that bath is planned to be replaced immediately when the apartment will be free.
To summarize: if Tim wants to have all the comfort he mentioned he could use e.g. Hard Rock Hotel across the street. But, for "a little bit different price".
