This property is a good value for Rome. It is well appointed, and has a well stocked kitchen. The wifi is great.
Cons: Despite the countless positive reviews for this host, I was treated rudely by the host upon arrival. I was about an hour late from our scheduled arrival, because Fiumicino was utter chaos and I had to go through customs twice. At the time I arrived at the unit, I had been in transit for 8 hours, mostly due to airport security. The host was obviously in a rush, and spent all of 15 minutes or so with me in the apt.
I was not given instructions on how to use appliances. I was "told" that the A/C was "set" at 25C and not to change it. Coming from the US, I wasn't exactly sure what 25C, and had I been more awake I would have contested. The A/C unit in the bedroom blows right on the bed. I have always had a problem with cool air blowing on my body night, perhaps I have a birth defect, who knows. I became sick for a week.
If you can take the A/C blowing on your body, this property is a good value. I should have taken up my issues with AirBnb, but I am a bit of a newbie. I did not realise they have an excellent help section. I had another issue in Zurich, and AirBnb resolved it the same day.
I don't have anything personally against this host, but if one is too rushed to greet your guest kindly and graciously, make an appointment for a time when you can go through things when the guest is not weary and you are not in a rush.
