This is a spacious one bedroom apartment on the third floor of a walk-up townhouse. Near the J, M, Z, L and G trains. Surrounded by many bars and restaurants of South Williamsburg and just a short walk to vibrant North Williamsburg. A short walk to supermarkets, delis, drug stores, and the waterfront.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not wheel chair accessible.
This apartment is my own personal apartment located in my family's home. I have put in a lot of time and energy into creating a comfortable and cozy space for myself and my guests. I expect guests to treat both the apartment and the entire house with the utmost respect.
Although located in a vibrant part of Brooklyn, the apartment is quiet and peaceful.
Guests have access to the whole apartment, except for the closet and the dresser. I provide guests with a garment rack and hangers to hang their clothes in the bedroom.
Interaction with guests
I always try to greet my guests in person to give them a quick tour and answer any questions. Since I work full time, if you arrive while I am at work I will make sure to send you instructions on how to access the key and any important information you need to know about the apartment. After guests settle in, I rarely see them. However, I am always accessible by phone.
Other things to note
The television has cables that can be connected to an Apple TV. If you have your own Apple TV, you can bring it to connect it to the television.
This is a family home, so I expect guests to maintain a reasonable noise level as well as respect the physical space of the entire building.
The following House Rules are posted in the apartment:
1. No smoking in the apartment.
2. Do not flush wipes down the toilet.
3. Close all windows when not home.
4. Turn stove/oven off when not home.
5. Turn off air conditioning/heat when not home.
6. Maintain noise at a reasonable level.
