This gorgeous home was recently remodeled - everything is clean and in mint condition! The expansive master bedroom has one of the world's comfiest beds - king sized tempurpedic mattress and luxe linen sheets.

Back Guest Bathroom - walk in shower w/ single vanity - this is accessed from a small hall off the kitchen/dining area, but is also directly next to the back guest bedroom's door.
Ample outdoor areas - have cocktails out on the deck while watching LA's gorgeous sunsets OR have coffee over underneath the pomegranate tree. There are typically many many oranges and grapefruits off our citrus trees in the front yard. Being located up on a hill there is always a wonderful breeze - not to mention beautiful views.
The location is perfect...right between York and Figueroa - walk or bike to either one! We will send you our guide of our favorite Highland Park spots. Every week it seems there is a new restaurant or cocktail bar opening. From Highland Park you are only a short drive away from trendy areas Downtown Los Angeles, Silverlake, Echo Park, and Hollywood. And only 20 minutes away from LAX Airport or the beach (traffic permitting of course!)

Guests have complete privacy and access to the entire house. There is a small back house that is vacant, but will be locked unless otherwise discussed.

Other things to note
This is our personal home - we do keep it EXACTLY how it looks in the pictures, but some of our personal belongings may be left in the house. I.e: a few things in a junk drawer, items in the pantry and fridge (that of course you're welcome too!), some clothes in a closet (We do clear out the majority of the closets to give guests plenty of room to hang and put up their own things). We only rent this property out for long/extended stays because we do spend a lot of time moving out the majority of all of our personal belongings.
We are strict on the No Smoking Rule. This includes outside on the property as well (including deck).
No events or parties of any kind.
No unapproved guests/animals. Please make sure to let us know who is staying and if for some reason that changes please just let us know, so that we can alter the reservation accordingly!
