A comfortable place in a quiet side street in West Berlin, very well served by public transport, night and day, and close to some really nice spots.
The apartment is located on the first floor, is about 65 sqm and consists of one kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is occupied by me.
Simply and newly furnished with king-size bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a shelf and a desk with office chair.
The bathroom contains both a shower and a bathtub. Hot water always available.
You can find pretty everything you need. You're welcome to use any electrical equipment, as long as you know how to use it (if not, please ask!). You can cook your own meals, but I expect you to always clean after yourself and wash up.
If you're staying longer than 2 nights, you can use the washing machine for free once a week. If you need to use it more than once a week, I'll ask you to contribute to the expenses with 3 €, starting from the second laundry.
Detergent, softener, desinfectant and stain remover all available for free.
Free wi-fi available.
Bed sheets and towels available for free.
Breakfast is not included, but you can make tea or coffee whenever you want.
Interaction with guests
You'll be sharing the apartment with me, a freelance translator from Italy who is been living here for three years. I'll do my best to give you all the information you need, so feel free to ask ;)
We can communicate in Italian, English, German or Greek.
Other things to note
1) Usually I only accept booking requests for imminent stays, so not longer than 1-2 weeks in advance. Requests for the day after or even the same day are okay!
2) Before sending a request, please make sure you read at least the house rules and you checked if the location suits your needs. I'll do my best to describe it as accurately as possible and I'll answer all your questions about it, so feel free to ask ;)
3) Please make sure you're not sending a request from a totally empty profile or from someone else's profile. Don't forget that I would be sharing my private space with you, so a little trust is necessary. If you feel lazy and don't really want to make a complete profile, you can just include some information about you in your request. Thanks :)
4) If you're booking for more than one person, a short mention of who the other person is will be appreciated.
Smoking is not allowed.
Try to always leave the common spaces clean and tidy.
If you use the kitchen, please wash the dishes as soon as possible.
No visitors - for security reasons, only the person who books the room is allowed in.
Do not disturb the neighbours in any way, they're not tolerant at all.
